Hepi bi day Lina :)
I bought a cark choco cake and brought it to the hospital so my cousin could celebrate her bday with cake. On the other hand her mom bought a black forest too ... and in came up tat Lina's bestfren named apple in the hospital also had a birthday in the same day. What a coincidence ... anyway ... my cousin makes friends there. The coolest one is apple. She is 36, she is a professional photographer in Shanghai. She snapped 500 pics + edited it every day before a stoke hit her. She is a tomboy n fun :) Another one named Xiao Song. Xiao Song is only 19. A year ago, she got a fatal accident which caused her invalid. She had spinal cord injury (c1), broken bones in both legs n arm + lungs injury. Wow... unfortunatelly, she was born in a divorced f amily, her mom is a handicap ... she has her own maid to take care of her. She pretend to be wise but deep deep inside she's angry to the world. Her maid told me how she got bullied in the room by Xiao Song. Xiao Song cant move her body so she spits to the maid everytime she gets angry. I dun blame xiao song ... i pity her. In the hospital, Lina becomes much more wiser to be thankfull of everything. She is thankfull of her accident ... tat it didn kill her ... that she only got her spinal cord (c5 & c7) injured so at least she can move her upper body and still in the rehabilitation to practice her lower body ... if the spinal cord c1 got injured maybe she would not be able to move at all like Xiao Song now.
It is a special bday tat was held in a aisle of a hospital ... with a dimmed light ... M2M songs r heard from the physicall training room across the aisle ... 2 cakes ... fried meehon (chinese tradition) ... chit chat ... laughter ... gossip ... between Lina, Xiao Song , Apple, Nana(Lina'a maid who's an indonesian), Lina's mom n I ^^
Now i m thankfull :
*besides of feeling cranky ... at least i m healthy
*besides of feeling fat ... at least i can walk n exercise
*besides of feeling unlucky ... at least i m luckier than those guys in the hospital
*besides of feeling useless ... at least i can do lots things more than they can do
